About the role
The Team Member – Cell Process will support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations within the TOPCon solar cell production line. The role includes running process tools, monitoring process conditions, ensuring cleanroom discipline, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation accuracy.
What you'll do
- Operate process tools as per SOPs and standard work instructions
- Monitor key process parameters, record readings, and report deviations
- Perform wafer handling, loading/unloading, inspection, and in‑process quality checks
- Ensure smooth daily production with minimal downtime
- Identify visual defects, contamination, and handling issues and report to supervisors
