About the role
Head of SAP Enterprise Core Systems and Platforms bp is undertaking a multi-year transformation of its global ERP landscape, transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA through RISE with SAP. This role combines operational leadership with technology strategy, ensuring business-critical SAP services remain reliable while supporting one of bp's largest transformation programmes.
What you'll do
- Responsible for a budget of USD 100 million, including transformation investments
- Lead People, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, and resources
- Ensure effective collaboration across teams, suppliers, and business collaborators
- Ensure compliance with bp standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain robust disaster recovery and continuity capabilities
