About the role
Please note that roles based out of SJS or Sunbury will move to Timber Square, Southwark, from Q4 2027 We're looking for an expert M&A Consultant with strong PC&C/HR M&A experience to join BP and help develop our growth through acquisitions, integrations, and business transformation.
What you'll do
- Supporting and leading PC&C activities across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition transformation
- Assessing acquisition opportunities, identifying people, organisational and workforce impacts, value creation opportunities, and business risks
- Partnering with leaders and teams to shape future operating models, organisational structures, and integration plans
- Facilitating workshops and collaborative discussions to tackle business challenges and support decision-making
- Helping align cultures, behaviours, and ways of working while supporting employees through change
