What you'll do
- Define enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals, scalability requirements
- Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing approaches across projects ensuring early defect detection and improved quality
- Establish standards, governance models, frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams delivering scalable, high-quality automation solutions across platforms
- Define, track, and improve KPIs and quality metrics related to automation coverage, defect leakage, and release quality
