What you'll do
- Lead QA strategy and execution across multiple programs/products , ensuring consistent quality standards, governance, and predictable releases
- Drive an Automation-First approach , building scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, mobile, and regression testing
- Own end-to-end quality engineering practices , including test strategy, planning, risk management, defect governance, and release readiness
- Establish and track QA metrics/KPIs , automation coverage, defect leakage, test effectiveness, and continuous quality improvements
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple QA teams/Squads , collaborating closely with Engineering, Business and Program Management stakeholders
