Junior Technical Support Executive – Crew Accounts at JiBe Enterprise. Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues.
What you'll do
- Provide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues
- Coordinating with Client vessels and fleet for crew account module related issues
- Troubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues
- Work on defined SLAs to ensure that our client receives the best of the services
- Ensure complete compliance of ticketing tool and report metrics daily
