- Render service support for HVAC AMC and Warranty customers and satisfying their needs
- Mandatory required Hands on experience fields service on HVAC chillers electrical and mechanical
- Maintaining RT/TAT, PM adherence & FTR to achieve cost reduction
- Attaining Appreciation letters towards customer satisfaction
- Implementing Predictive analysis and new service
