What you'll do
- Own and drive global RTR process standardization, assessing current processes, designing future-state solutions
- Lead process transformation, automation, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Deloitte and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, control
- Perform process impact assessments, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change management for process, policy, and technology-related initiatives
- Define, maintain, and govern RTR policies, SOPs, controls, and process documentation to ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to global standards
- Serve as the RTR process authority, providing governance, process expertise, and guidance on policies, controls, best practices, and operational protocols
