About the role
We are seeking a passionate Director – Data Science to lead innovation and analytics across our research, marketing, scheduling, and sales functions. In this role, you will guide the development of machine learning models using large and complex data sets. A strong background in data analysis, hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, and solid working knowledge of Python/R and statistics are essential.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine sophisticated AI models centered on audio and video data to elevate the quality of our content
- Write modular, efficient code to streamline the production and deployment of models
- Provide analytical thought leadership and ensure best in class analytic service delivery for business initiatives
- Be proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying new problems that can be solved through analytics
