The Amazon Connect Developer will design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business communications. Working within an AWS environment, you will develop intelligent contact flows, IVR systems, and advanced call-routing capabilities.
What you'll do
- As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced contact center solutions, integrating cloud services
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR solutions, and call-routing strategies
- Configure routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours and holiday routing
- Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and other AWS services
- Build and maintain integrations with CRM platforms, third-party applications, APIs, and backend systems
