Associate Legal Counsel

About the role

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will support international legal operations across LATAM and other global markets, with a particular focus on betting and gaming regulations, commercial contracts, and corporate matters. Working under the supervision of the Legal Counsel, you will contribute to contract drafting, legal research, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.

What you'll do

• Support the Legal Team in managing day-to-day legal matters, maintaining accurate documentation
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, service, marketing, sponsorship, affiliate, non-disclosure, and data processing agreements
• Identify contractual risks, recommend appropriate mitigation measures, and escalate key issues to the Legal Counsel
• Review corporate, regulatory, and commercial documents, including internal policies, terms and conditions, powers of attorney, board resolutions, and legal filings
• Maintain and organize the legal library and contract repository, ensuring proper version control, standardized templates, and updated records of contractual obligations
