About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Consultant to help manage, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure in a dynamic, globally collaborative environment. In this role, you will work primarily with AWS, supporting critical cloud operations and SAP workloads while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability
- Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
- Support SAP workloads hosted on AWS, including infrastructure upgrades, patching, backups, migrations, and performance optimization
- Strengthen cloud security by managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), enforcing least-privilege access, and addressing outdated credentials, policy drift
- Automate EC2 patching, infrastructure hardening, and compliance reporting to improve operational efficiency and security
