As a Staff Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure and developer experience that power a growing engineering organization. You will lead high-impact initiatives focused on continuous delivery, cloud infrastructure, automation, and developer productivity.
What you'll do
- Lead major platform engineering initiatives, starting with Continuous Delivery, from technical design and architecture reviews through implementation, deployment
- Deliver early improvements to developer productivity by strengthening CI reliability, optimizing merge workflows, automating deployments
- Drive architectural decisions across engineering teams, preparing technical proposals, leading design reviews
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, observability systems
- Build the next generation of developer infrastructure through automation, self-service tooling
