About the role
This role offers an opportunity to support a global digital asset trading operation, providing evening and weekend coverage in a fast-moving cryptocurrency market. You will manage client stablecoin trades, monitor pricing across liquidity providers and exchange venues, and coordinate settlements with clients and counterparties.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact in client trading channels, including Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp, ensuring inquiries and trade requests receive timely responses
- Monitor stablecoin pricing across liquidity providers and exchange venues to identify competitive execution opportunities for clients
- Execute high-touch client trades using the company's proprietary back-office platform
- Initiate and approve outgoing client payments, including fiat bank transfers and digital asset transfers through Fireblocks, following dual-control procedures
- Provide clients with transaction hashes and bank confirmations once settlements are completed
