Data Scientist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a Trust & Risk team focused on creating a safer and more reliable global marketplace. In this role, you will lead complex analytical initiatives and develop quantitative frameworks to identify risks, improve decision-making, and reduce transaction-related losses.

• Develop measurement frameworks: Define KPIs and standardized measurement approaches to monitor customer trust, transaction risk, enterprise losses, decision quality
• Monitor performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies, diagnose performance gaps, and use analytical findings to guide priorities and business decisions
• Lead high-impact initiatives: Establish business objectives and success measures for workstreams focused on improving customer experience
