About the role
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify growth opportunities, solve strategic business challenges, and drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will take ownership of projects from initial concept to execution, helping transform ideas into scalable business solutions.
What you'll do
- Strategic Initiatives & Project Leadership: Plan, develop, and lead strategic projects and new initiatives aligned with key business priorities
- 0-to-1 Initiative Development: Lead new initiatives from ideation to execution, including exploring new business models, establishing strategic partnerships
- Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Design and execute pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, assess results, identify key learnings
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, alignment
- Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze business performance, market trends
