What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to define organizational strategy, establish priorities, and guide resource allocation based on evidence
• Evaluate the organization's global portfolio of initiatives, assessing their effectiveness, feasibility, cost-efficiency, strategic alignment
• Provide data-driven recommendations on which programs and initiatives should be expanded, maintained, redesigned, or discontinued
• Develop a proactive strategic intelligence function to monitor emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across animal agriculture, corporate practices, public policy
• Translate complex research, external developments, and quantitative and qualitative data into clear
