About the role
We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex enterprise resource planning implementations and drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements definition through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from project initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful project execution
- Establish and maintain robust project governance structures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, quality expectations, and delivery commitments
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain project continuity
