Finance System Initiatives Lead

About the role

In this role, you will lead global finance technology initiatives focused on electronic invoicing, regulatory compliance, and country-specific ERP localization. You will translate complex statutory and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions that support accurate financial operations across multiple countries and legal entities.

What you'll do

• Lead global e-invoicing and digital regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple countries, legal entities, and ERP platforms
• Monitor regulatory developments, evaluate their business and system implications, and coordinate timely implementation of required changes
• Identify regulatory and compliance risks, communicate potential impacts, and support the implementation of appropriate remediation measures
• Manage country localization projects to align ERP processes with local statutory, reporting, taxation, and invoicing requirements
• Coordinate new legal entity and company code deployments, including functional requirements, configuration readiness, and cross-functional validation
