Financial Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Accountant to support financial reporting and day-to-day accounting operations within an international organization focused on sustainability and transparency. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Senior Manager and collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments and geographical locations.

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and verify that transactions are supported by appropriate documentation
• Audit Support: Contribute to external audit preparation by gathering, organizing, and providing the required financial information and supporting documentation
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Cash Management and Reconciliation: Assist with cash reporting, bank reconciliations, and the preparation and execution of payments through electronic banking platforms
