About the role
As a Freelance Punjabi Linguist, you will contribute to delivering high-quality multilingual content by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance of translations. You will be responsible for translating, reviewing, and quality-checking Punjabi-language content across a variety of projects.
What you'll do
- Translate, review, and perform quality assurance (QA) checks on Punjabi-language content
- Conduct copy-editing and linguistic reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and compliance with established style guidelines
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to translators and freelance linguists to improve overall translation quality
- Maintain and update linguistic resources, including glossaries, style guides, terminology databases, and work instructions
- Respond to linguistic questions and resolve terminology or translation issues raised by translators, project managers, and other stakeholders
