Lead Consultant, AI Enablement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Enablement professional to drive the integration, adoption, and development of AI-powered solutions across an international business environment. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, helping teams leverage emerging technologies to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and unlock new business opportunities.

What you'll do

• AI Strategy and Transformation: Support strategic initiatives involving AI, automation, and innovation, contributing to their implementation, execution
• Develop a strong understanding of existing products, tools, solutions, and technology roadmaps to align AI initiatives with business priorities
• Where appropriate, take a hands-on approach to building AI agents and tools using low-code, no-code, and vibe-coding environments
• Testing and Product Launch: Develop and implement alpha and beta testing strategies, internal and external rollout plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct rigorous product testing, identify potential weaknesses and edge cases, and gather actionable feedback to improve functionality and user experience
