About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. The Lead FP&A will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis, and management reporting within a complex, global business environment. You will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintain financial models, and deliver insights that help senior leaders make informed business decisions.
What you'll do
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, coordinating inputs and validating assumptions with business and functional teams
- Maintain and enhance financial models, including scenario planning, trend analysis, and business performance assessments
- Conduct variance analysis, identify key financial and operational drivers, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership
- Monitor cash flow performance and support project-level cash conversion analysis
