About the role
As a Managing Consultant, you will lead SAP data migration programs and oversee the successful delivery of complex business transformation projects. You will combine strategic project leadership with hands-on expertise in SAP data migration, data quality, and governance. Working closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
What you'll do
- Provide overall leadership for moderately complex SAP data migration programs, including project planning, delivery strategies
- Organize and coordinate project teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and quality expectations are consistently achieved
- Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and development standards across data migration activities
- Coordinate closely with client Project Management Offices (PMOs), subject matter experts
- Manage resource planning, allocate responsibilities, and coordinate specialist expertise according to project requirements
