About the role
As a Network Support Analyst, you will play an important role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of enterprise server infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring, configuring, and supporting server environments while ensuring high availability and reliable system operations.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide infrastructure support to IT teams and employees, investigate server-related incidents
- Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting procedures
