About the role

As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will provide expert guidance and technical assistance to customers seeking safety-related products and solutions. You will help customers identify the right products, answer application questions, and troubleshoot technical issues across a broad product portfolio.

What you'll do

• Provide technical product support by telephone, helping customers select suitable safety products and understand their applications
• Deliver post-sales assistance by answering technical questions, resolving product-related concerns, and troubleshooting issues
• Communicate with external customers, including end users, maintenance technicians, and contractors, as well as internal stakeholders such as sales teams
• Navigate multiple computer applications and online resources simultaneously to identify appropriate solutions and document customer interactions
• Use product catalogs, websites, and online research tools to locate relevant technical information and product specifications
