About the role
As a Principal Consultant specializing in SAP Data Migration, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale enterprise data transformation projects. You will manage multiple projects and delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project timelines, quality standards, and financial targets.
What you'll do
- Methodology & Process Excellence: Establish, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, data migration practices, governance frameworks
- Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage resource requirements across programs, delivery centers, and managed service teams
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop, publish, and maintain program-level dashboards, project status reports, performance metrics
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior-level client stakeholders, ensuring strong communication
- Financial & Commercial Management: Maintain project profitability and engagement margins by monitoring non-billable hours, controlling expenses
