Principal Professional Services Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Professional Services Consultant to lead strategic learning and development initiatives and deliver high-value consulting services to enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of standard and customized projects, helping organizations maximize the impact of their learning investments.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements for enterprise customers, ensuring projects meet agreed objectives, contractual requirements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across different departments to coordinate resources and ensure successful project execution
• Partner with account teams to understand customer-specific needs and develop tailored learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
• Engage with stakeholders across customer organizations to assess learning requirements, align content with competency models
• Design, develop, and deliver customized learning initiatives, including live training sessions, workshops, blended learning programs, leadership development activities
