About the role
We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations and strategic learning delivery engagements. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful platform implementations, integrations, and professional services delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple customer projects and professional services engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within approved budgets
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and relevant internal stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies to support successful implementation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate the development and delivery of project outputs, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability
- Oversee customer platform implementations and integrations, ensuring that technical solutions and professional services engagements meet business requirements
