About the role
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) projects for clinical trials worldwide. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate study activities from initial planning and setup through monitoring and closeout.
What you'll do
- Support Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA clinical studies
- Coordinate study database setup, project documentation, operational activities, and key deliverables
- Maintain accurate and organized project records and study documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and logistics of study devices and equipment
- Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications
