About the role
Working closely with a Lead Project Manager, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders to keep projects organized and on track. You will manage timelines, milestones, delivery plans, and dependencies while identifying risks and addressing blockers before they affect outcomes.
What you'll do
- Coordinate projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and closure
- Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers using Jira
- Coordinate daily activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other relevant stakeholders
- Track deliverables and action items, follow up with owners, and identify delays or blockers early
- Organize and facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas and materials, documenting decisions, and following up on action items
