About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to take a leading technical role in the development of advanced chat and agent-based systems. In this hands-on position, you will shape technical direction, own system design, and contribute directly to production Python development. You will translate product requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions while raising engineering standards across the team.
What you'll do
- Own the technical design, architecture, and delivery of chat-team projects
- Help define engineering priorities, standards, and day-to-day technical decisions
- Translate product requirements into simple, scalable, and maintainable system designs
- Write high-quality production Python code and develop clear abstractions without unnecessary complexity
- Review pull requests, assessing correctness, maintainability, test coverage, and overall design quality
