About the role
This role offers the opportunity to help build and maintain large-scale cloud infrastructure supporting complex software development and engineering operations worldwide. You will join a global infrastructure team responsible for services that handle hundreds of thousands of automated jobs every day across thousands of servers.
What you'll do
- Support the OpenStack Team Operations queue across infrastructure and cloud operations environments
- Develop, maintain, and support OpenStack services and cloud-based operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, bug triage, and resolution
- Investigate key performance indicators (KPIs), identify infrastructure issues, and contribute to effective root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with SRE, PaaS, image, and infrastructure engineers, architects, technical product managers
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multi-site OpenStack regional deployments
