About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial operations across multiple visual effects productions and studio locations. Working closely with the Production Accountant, you will gather, validate, and analyze financial and production data to support revenue recognition, tax credit claims, client invoicing, and reporting.
What you'll do
- In this role, you will support project accounting and financial reporting by maintaining accurate data, preparing calculations
- Gather, validate, and organize information from production tracking and financial systems
- Reconcile payroll and project costs, identifying and flagging discrepancies between production and financial records
- Maintain accurate project cost and estimate databases
- Assist with revenue recognition calculations and prepare supporting schedules in accordance with established policies and procedures
