About the role
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will take ownership of significant advertising budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms, focusing on enterprise brand awareness
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and SEO teams to align campaign strategies, establish optimization priorities
- Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing optimization strategies to improve click-through rates, cost per lead, return on ad spend
- Develop and maintain a structured performance review process, analyzing weekly results, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders on budget utilization, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment
