Sr. Project Manager, Sample Solutions

About the role

This role involves managing multiple concurrent studies, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and delivering projects across advanced research methodologies and sampling solutions. As a key individual contributor, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, fieldwork monitoring, quality assurance, and final delivery.

What you'll do

• Research Design and Execution: Develop sampling and quota strategies, coordinate survey and screener testing
• Fieldwork and Quality Assurance: Manage fieldwork launches, monitor progress, optimize sample delivery, conduct quality checks and data validation
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships through proactive communication, regular progress updates
• Promote client satisfaction, account retention, and repeat business
• Financial and Revenue Management: Maintain accurate project-level revenue forecasts, monitor financial performance, coordinate timely and accurate invoicing
