About the role
Customer Experience Executive – Welcome Desk (Retail Branch Banking) We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused executive to manage the Welcome Desk at our bank branches. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing deliverables (welcome kits, cards, cheque books), ensuring smooth branch operations, and promoting digital banking usage.
What you'll do
- Deliver best-in-class branch services, including welcome kits, chequebooks, debit/ATM cards, and Tatkal kits
- Resolve customer queries/issues promptly within TAT
- Support branch sales targets and ensure audit readiness at the welcome desk
