Senior Consultant – Business Analyst (Japanese Bilingual | Insurance Domain)
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure seamless requirement implementation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery models
- Analyze insurance business processes related to Policy Administration and Claims Management
