Attention to detail is essential for a technical Interview analyst because they are responsible for analyzing data and finding patterns in it. Problem-solving skills are also important because technical analysts often have to solve complex issues that arise in their projects
What you'll do
- Monitor and observe interviews daily and note down the insights and provide feedback to students and curriculum team
- Provide comprehensive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and feedback sessions
- Create detailed report cards that encapsulate students' interview performances
- Coordinate with student in-charges to ensure effective implementation of training plans
