About the role
To provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the sales team, management of customer interactions, enquiries, proposals, commercial submissions.
What you'll do
- Manage Lead-to-Order governance, processes, and compliance
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Estimation, Commercial, Finance
- Track enquiries, RFQs, proposals, quotations, negotiations, POs, and order
- Maintain sales funnel, CRM/Digi, pipeline, MIS, and management reports
- Coordinate CC/management approvals, MOMs, action trackers, and followups
