About the role
The Functional Analyst will support the Product Owner of the solution in the day-to-day management, support, and continuous improvement of the Group CRM platform, digiSales , based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
What you'll do
- Act as the functional expert for the Group CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - digiSales)
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and requests escalated by the Service Desk
- Analyze business needs and propose functional solutions aligned with business processes and platform capabilities
- Participate in CRM-related projects by providing functional expertise, impact analysis, and implementation support
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements
