About the role

As the Junior Business Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Teachmint’s reach in your region. You’ll execute strategies and build relationships to ensure that our mission of empowering of hardware products and solutions tailored to educational institutions. They will be responsible for relationships with decision-makers in schools and universities, and providing customized technology

What you'll do

• Identifying and onboarding partners in the assigned territory and ensuring partner activation
• Coordinating with the sales team, institutes, and partners to ensure smooth communication to drive
• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Regularly connecting and visiting partners to ensure a continuous flow of leads
• Identifying and shadowing the partner team on the sales pitches and demo, if and when necessary
