About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Intern who will support the Pre-Sales team in managing leads, coordinating with partners and prospective customers, and driving better lead conversions through regular follow-ups and effective coordination.
What you'll do
- Lead Follow-ups & Conversion: Regularly follow up with partners, GTMs and prospective customers after product demos to drive closures
- Track the progress of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to avoid missing potential business opportunities
- Coordinate with partners and customers to understand the status of ongoing opportunities and address follow-up requirements
- Lead Management & Data Tracking: Maintain and update the database of leads shared with partners and GTMs
- Track lead status, demo completion, follow-up activities and conversion numbers
