Lead all engineering, technical maintenance, HSE, and AMC operations at The Client's Powai facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing facility environment.
What you'll do
- Manage all technical operations, maintenance, and uptime for site systems including MEP, HVAC, fire/life safety, BMS, DG sets, lifts, and water systems
- Plan and execute all technical preparations for meetings, conferences, client visits, and special events
- Perform daily check-ins and inspections around facility to ensure high technical and safety standards
- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including labour, fire, EHS, DG, lifts, FSSAI, and environmental laws
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, statutory registers, and ensure timely submissions of compliance reports
