About the role
We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer with strong construction background to manage billing operations for high-rise tower developments. The ideal candidate will oversee contractor payments, reconciliations, and work order management while maintaining accuracy across ERP systems.
What you'll do
- Billing Management Manage end-to-end billing processes for civil and finishing contractors on high-rise construction projects
- Review and verify contractor invoices against approved work orders, contract terms, and actual site progress
- Process interim payment certificates and final account settlements in accordance with contract specifications and payment schedules
- Ensure timely processing of all billing documentation to maintain project cash flow and contractor relationships
- Measurement and Verification Conduct detailed measurements and quantity surveys for completed work items
