Concrete Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete and Shuttering Supervisor to oversee RCC and formwork operations on a high-rise mixed-use development project. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day concrete and shuttering activities on site, ensuring work is executed in line with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

What you'll do

• The supervisor will oversee all shuttering and formwork activities, including system formwork such as aluminum, plywood, or climbing formwork
• They will supervise reinforcement placement coordination with the steel fixing team, verifying that rebar, cover blocks, spacers
• A significant part of the role involves planning and supervising concrete pouring sequences, including coordination of ready-mix concrete (RMC) delivery, pump placement
• The supervisor will monitor shuttering stripping and reuse cycles to optimize material utilization and maintain the pour cycle schedule
• The role requires close coordination with the design and planning teams to interpret structural drawings accurately, resolve on-site discrepancies
