About the role
Project Director - Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our commercial interior fit-out project delivery across Mumbai's corporate market.
What you'll do
- Project Portfolio Leadership Direct end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects, managing 3-4 concurrent engagements across corporate offices
- Ensure seamless project execution from initial planning through final handover while maintaining accountability for schedule performance, budget adherence
- Lead client engagement activities including project visioning sessions, design charrettes, progress reviews, and executive presentations
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships involving corporate real estate teams, facilities management, human resources
- Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals including project managers, construction supervisors, design coordinators
