About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join the Leasing team, focused on alternative real estate segments including schools, hospitals, co-living, senior living, and student housing.
What you'll do
- Drive strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars, sector-specific conferences
- Leverage existing and building new relationships with the industry stakeholders covering developers, land owners, HNIs and institutional players
- Develop and execute parallel business development strategies for the assigned geography, with accountability for meeting or exceeding individual transaction targets
- Site Identification and Due Diligence
- Conduct site surveys, micro siting, site procurement, and identification of supply suited to the specific requirements of schools, hospitals, senior living, co-living
