What you'll do
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Ensure the entire portfolio strictly complies with the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) norms
- Monitor Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) via MERV-14 or higher systems, energy conservation, and micro-level carbon footprints
- Incident & Emergency Management: Design, review, and test the Integrated Emergency Response Plans (IERP) for natural disasters, structural emergencies, and fire hazards
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for any near-misses or incidents
- Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Performance Indicators
