About the role
As a Facility Coordinator – Tech, you'll serve as the vital operational link between building occupants, facility management teams, and technical contractors at one of JLL's key client accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of technical facilities services.
What you'll do
- Work Schedule: 6 Days/week
- Serve as the vital operational link between building occupants, facility management teams, and technical contractors at one of JLL's key client accounts
- Be the go-to problem solver on-site, monitoring building automation systems, conducting regular inspections
- Coordinate daily delivery of technical maintenance services including HVAC operations, electrical systems, plumbing, building controls
- Receive, log, prioritize, and dispatch technical work orders through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
